The program continued to focus on enhancing the accessibility and innovative uses of high-quality digital tools and resources, using technology in creative ways to enhance learning. 

The Student Portal is an auxiliary online learning program that serves students, ofering a range of core curricular and elective high school courses. Students seeking advancement in both public and private secondary schools are eligible to participate. The courses are taught by Highly Qualifed Personnel of the Public School System using Blackboard Learn.
